Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, 15$ will be added to the price of rental for delivery area 10 miles and under. 25$ delivery fee from 11-25 miles, and Flat rate of 1$ per mile after 25 miles.
Do we need to provide an electrical outlet for moonbounce usage?

Yes, we need at least 2 110v electrical outlets made available for usage.
What if the electrical outlet is more than 50 feet away from the blower?

We provide (1) 50 foot extention cord free of charge. If the outlet is further than 50 feet from the moon bounce we will gladly provide additional 25 foot extention cords for 10$ each or 15$ for additional 50 foot cords.
How do I secure a bounce house for a particular date?

You can contact us directly via phone, email, or facebook to provide the 100$ deposit to secure a date/time.
Is there a cancellation fee and policy?

Yes. For rentals cancelled 7 days before the event time a 50$ cancellation fee will be charged. for rentals cancelled 48 hours and under before the event will result in a 100$ cancellation charge.
What happens in bad weather situations?

If their are wind speeds of more than 15 miles per hour the bounce house will NOT be setup due to safety protocols. If indeed their is heavy-rain , lightning or high winds and the event has lasted under 1 hr we will gladly re-scedule the rental for a different date/time for a 50$ re-scheduling fee.
What if we dont have sufficient yard space for the moon-bounce?

If indeed there isnt adequate space for safely installing the moon bounce we can instal it on a driveway or other concrete surface. Just let us know and we can take the proper tie-downs and sandbags/or equivalent.
When does the Rental have to be paid in full?

The 100$ deposit is paid when you call to reserve your specific date/time, the remianing balance is due 24hrs before the event takes place.
What if I damage the moonbounce?

If the damage was done intentionally you will be charged for the entire cost of the damaged inflatable, blower, power cord , etc.
Can you smoke inside of the inflatables?

No. If any smoking has taken place inside our inflatables you will be assesed a 250$ cleaning/removal fee.
Can we rent a moon bounce for 24hrs? Or build a custom Party Package?

Yes. 24 hr rentals are by reservation only and subject to product availability. Call and one of our party specialist can create any custom party package.
